Appointments become available two weeks ahead of time. In the online booking portal, if the date is unavailable it means there are no appointments available that day. Please check back for appointments that open up from cancellations.
Recall Medical Appointments requested by immigration can only be booked by telephone. Do not use the online booking system.
Families of more than four may require 2 appointments. Please call so we can accommodate your special requirements.
A list of authorized ID documents can be found in the FAQ section. Please bring one of the listed documents with you. Health Cards and Student ID are not accepted by IRCC.
